Baked goods must be Pat Yisrael and Kemach Yoshon.
Food must be Bishul Yisrael for Sefardim as well as Chalav Yisrael.

Please choose where you want to hold your event.
Round Tables fit 10 people.
Rectangle Tables fit 8 people. 
Please specify how you want which tables to be laid out where
TORAH OHR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SETUP OF TABLES or WAITERS.
*A $100 cleaning fine will be charged if the premises are not swept after the event.
All donations will go towards the improvement, management, and upkeep of the Simcha Hall.

Contract & Terms of Agreement: 

A $100 cleaning fine will be charged if the premises are not swept after the event. 
Torah Ohr reserves the right to forbid usage of games / props that might cause damage at their discretion.

Aron and Bimah will be put neatly in a corner of the room. Excess chairs and Mechitzot can be removed from the room and put in the lobby.
Please inform your guests as well. 
Anything left in the shul (including food) must be removed by the first day after the event.
After that, it becomes property of the Shul.
